PDFOnlineToolbox provides free online PDF processing tools that run directly in your web browser. Tools include but are not limited to: merge, split, delete pages, extract pages, rotate pages, and reorder pages. All processing occurs locally in your browser.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to modify the PDF files you process using our tools.
  • Backing up your original files before making modifications.
  • Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PDFOnlineToolbox and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any files you process using our tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PDFOnlineToolbox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. File Handling

All PDF files are processed entirely within your browser. We do not upload, store, access, or retain any files you process through our tools. Your files remain on your device at all times.

8. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for any dealings with third-party advertisers.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
